Phyllis has been involved with Fisher Island exclusively for the past 24 years. She is an integral part of layout design, global marketing plans, financing, private equity Club promotion and condominium sales for the owners and developer of Fisher Island.
Historically Winick and her sales team have sold over $100 million in Fisher Island real estate annually. Larry Rivero, Sales Associate
Before being approached to join the Fisher Island Real Estate sales team, Larry Rivero spent 10 years with an international realty company specializing in luxury resales throughout Miami and the world, with a special emphasis on Fisher Island.
Rivero recalls his first visit to Fisher Island more than 15 years ago and knew immediately that Fisher Island's natural beauty and exclusivity made this his ideal luxury residential property.
