Viktoria is a licensed real estate agent and specializes in luxury, waterfront condos and single family residences. Prior to becoming a licensed agent in South Florida, she managed an international portfolio of properties in Sweden, London, Los Angeles and Miami.

Whether the property is a new home or an investment, Viktoria understands the markets and significance of listening to clients and will always work with them to achieve the best results based upon individual requirements and needs. Viktoria is constantly finding ways to improve the service level she provides to all of her clients.

Viktoria is originally from Gothenburg, Sweden and moved to the United States in 2009.  Viktoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from BTH University, Sweden.

 

Lars B. Ekdahl                                                                                                                       Sales Executive

Mr. Ekdahl has 30 years of outstanding experience in real estate sales and marketing in which he distinguished himself as one of the most successful and well known real estate brokers in sales to high net worth individuals. He has been a Senior Sales Executive with the Fisher Island Club for 20 years and was involved in approximately $1 billion in sales. 

Lars began his carreer in real estate in 1980 after having arrived in Floria from Sweden where he was with the Swedish Air Force. He is currently a Capitan in the reserves. Lars is an avid aviator with several thousand hours of flying. He is a certified flight instructor and a holder of a multi engine and instrument ratings. He as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lund in Southern Sweden.

 

 

 

Irina Artemova                                                                                                                     Sales Executive

Irina Artemova specializes in the luxury Miami Real Estate market and the New York City with a particular emphasis on high-end luxury residential properties. Whether you are new to these areas or are an existing resident looking to expand, she is extremely attentive to her clients' needs and will never stop looking for the best deals out there.

Irina can also show you the other things that make life complete, from the finest restaurants, shops and galleries to recreation for you and the family. She has intimate knowledge of the challenges people experience in coming to a new city (especially from abroad), and can help with many of the things buyers face when moving full time, or just buying a second or third home. Irina's philosophy is to provide expert advice, open communication and fabulous service, as she expects her relationships with clients to last a lifetime. Prior to entering real estate, she was in sales and account management for large commodities organizations, plus worked at a prestigious art gallery in Manhattan.

Originally from Russia, she holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow. She also studied the History of Modern and Contemporary Art at Christie's Education in NYC. Irina loves to travel the world, has a passion for art and architecture, lives healthy lifestyle, and enjoys horseback riding, rock climbing and snowboarding. Irina is fluent in English and Russian.

 

 

TJ Estavillo                                                                                                                           Sales Executive

TJ has always been at the upper echelon of his peers from an early age!

After graduating high school a year early, TJ became one of the youngest Paralegals in the nation, as Junior Legal Assistant for the Honorable Joel L. Tabas, US Bankruptcy Trustee, while attending college for Legal Studies.

At age 21 he became the youngest Law Firm Administrator in the entire United States, per the membership records of N.A.L.A. (National Association of Legal Administrators). At age 23 he embarked into business for himself in the print and marketing world, with clients that included Lancôme, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani and Sony.

A few years later a personal real estate investment opportunity awakened him to what has, to this day, remained his truest passion....the world of real estate! He earned Rookie of the Year Honors with Coldwell Banker during his first year in the business and quickly climbed to be amongst the top selling agents in South Florida.

During the year 2013, TJ was ranked in the top 1% of all members in the Miami Association of Realtors for real estate sales. Up through the summer of 2013, TJ was also a partner in Lammermoor, Inc., a luxury villa development, rental & concierge company for jet setting clients visiting Miami seeking the best in accommodations and service. As the Director of Operations for its Miami division he oversaw all aspects of the research and identification of the most ideal real estate for this endeavor, real estate procurement, real estate renovations and villa management.

Lera, originally from Rome, Italy, is a passionate real estate professional who has been based in Miami for the last 13 years.

Her extensive customer service background as a business owner in the international hospitality industry in Italy and Venezuela, is one of her greatest assets. Lera credits her love of the real estate business to her own experience as an investor when she moved to Miami in 2001.

Lera's primary expertise lies in sales and marketing of new development projects and has worked for prominent local and International developers such as Terra Group and Chateau Group.

Her extensive International Broker Contact List for broker outreach programs allows her to travel around the globe representing the most high-end developments in Miami and the Beaches, while facilitating the acquisition process between developer and buyer.

Lera is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and has achieved success and accomplishment by providing outstanding guidance, assistance, reliability and dedication to her clients.

Lera offers her clients the assistance of a full team of lawyers, CPAs, mortgage brokers, general contractors as well as property management services for the absentee owners. Her relationships are time proven and solid, and many blossoms into lasting friendships.

She has earned a degree in accounting in Italy and a degree in Human Resources at the University of Miami. She is fluent in Spanish, Italian and English.
